21.5 miles this week. I ran 9 of those miles this morning. I'm thrilled!! It's the farthest I've ever ran! My calves are sore but it felt good to push myself. The run started out hard and stayed hard the entire time. Some days you can run what seems like forever and other days it's hard to find a groove and get in a few miles. Today was a no groove day. And what makes it even worse is I have NO idea what causes a bad day. I'm getting in plenty of carbs and fluids. Who knows!!!!
